Lisa Spiden Managing Director

Lisa is the Managing Director of fibreHR and brings extensive experience from her work with a number of large organisations such as HSBC Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Foster’s Group and The Just Group. She has worked in London, Melbourne and Adelaide across a range of sectors including banking, FMCG, communication, retail, property, consulting and IT industries.

As well as providing generalist HR services, Lisa has managed the international mobility and recruitment functions for a number of businesses. She has undertaken extensive work in business restructuring, policy development, and HR Information Systems management and reporting.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, where she majored in Criminology and Politics.

Clair Couttie HR Business Partner

Clair Couttie is a Human Resources Business Partner and has over 10 years generalist Human Resources experience in organisations such as Nike, Australian Unity locally and Railtrack in the UK.

Clair also has had extensive experience in the areas of recruitment, performance management, termination, engagement, talent development, occupational health and safety, policy development and coaching across a number of functions such as General Insurance, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Sales and Retail.

Clair is qualified with a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from RMIT and a Bachelor or Business, Tourism and Marketing from VUT

Courtenay Baker Recruitment Business Partner

Courtenay Baker is a Recruitment Business Partner with extensive experience in recruitment, executive search and talent management across executive and middle management positions primarily from within retail, FMCG, supply chain and distribution, manufacturing and service based sectors.

Courtenay shares his knowledge and expertise with Business Owners and Managers alike and ultimately help them do great things when it comes to people.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from La Trobe University and Bachelor’s degrees in Teaching and Applied Science, both from Deakin University.

Clarissa Gamble HR Business Partner

Clarissa Gamble is a Human Resources Business Partner bringing to the team a wealth of human resource experience, spanning two continents.

Clarissa started her HR career back in 2004 and has worked in the United Kingdom and Australia, for organisations including ABN Amro, Goldman Sachs, Norton Rose and prior to joining fibreHR, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers.   In addition to possessing exemplary knowledge, expertise and experience in human resources, Clarissa is highly adept with event management and administration and is a natural organiser as well.  Best of all, she understands the value of people and the amazing potential they can bring to an organisation.

Clarissa has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Victoria University of Technology, with majors in Psychology and Human Resources.
