Lisa is the Managing Director of fibreHR and brings extensive experience from her work with a number of large organisations such as HSBC Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Foster’s Group and The Just Group. She has worked in London, Melbourne and Adelaide across a range of sectors including banking, FMCG, communication, retail, property, consulting and IT industries.

As well as providing generalist HR services, Lisa has managed the international mobility and recruitment functions for a number of businesses. She has undertaken extensive work in business restructuring, policy development, and HR Information Systems management and reporting.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, where she majored in Criminology and Politics.

Naomi is a commercially minded HR leader with over 20 years’ experience heading up HR and payroll functions across a wide range of organisations. As GM of fibreHR, she partners with clients through a strong strategic lens, balancing business outcomes with a clear focus on what really matters to employees.

Over the past three years in consulting, Naomi has worked with more than 100 clients, supporting leadership teams to design practical HR strategies, navigate complex people challenges and implement changes that lift performance, reduce risk and support healthy workplace cultures.

Naomi stays closely involved with every client relationship, meeting regularly to review progress, ensure fibreHR is meeting organisational objectives and adjust priorities as things evolve.

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts – Social Science (HRM and Psychology) is PROSCI Change Management Certified and a Level 1 IECL Executive Coach.

Our Gardner - Outside of work, you can find this proud mum playing taxi to her sport‑mad son, or in the garden tending her orchard and veggie patch, playing MasterChef with whatever she’s just picked.

Belinda is an executive leader with over 20 years’ experience across organisational transformation, governance and people leadership in complex organisations spanning government, infrastructure, digital and not-for-profit sectors.

She specialises in helping organisations navigate change, strengthen operations and improve organisational effectiveness through practical and commercially grounded people solutions. Belinda works closely with Boards, executives and leadership teams to identify root causes, simplify complexity and implement sustainable improvements across people, process and governance practices.

Her experience spans organisational design, workforce strategy, change management, leadership support, governance frameworks and operational improvement, with a strong focus on balancing business outcomes with positive workplace culture.

Belinda is known for her calm and practical approach, partnering closely with clients to work through challenges and deliver clear, achievable outcomes.

Belinda holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Monash University, AGSM Strategic Human Resources Management through Sydney University and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology from La Trobe University.

Our Traveller – Outside of work, Belinda enjoys travel, exploring Melbourne, movies, reading, and gardening.

Kate is an experienced HR practitioner with a demonstrated history of excellence in the retail, logistics, health and pharmaceutical industries at leadership levels, in both company and franchised businesses. She possesses comprehensive knowledge across all facets of Human Resources, with a focus on service delivery and value-add.

Her career reflects a deep commitment to enhancing organisational effectiveness and fostering positive workplace cultures, recognised both personally and team/organisation-wide as a winner of HR Practitioner of the Year and Employer of Choice awards.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management from Deakin University

Our Reader - Outside of work, Kate splits her time between books and backstage. She’s a proud mum to a teenage son in the Australian Boys Choir and volunteers regularly behind the scenes, all while still finding time to devour an impressive 60+ books a year.

Nikki is a highly skilled HR professional with over 10 years’ experience across Private and Commercial Care, Community Education, Utilities, Environmental Monitoring and FMCG manufacturing. She has held standalone HR roles and worked as a People and Culture Business Partner in the Not‑for‑Profit Aged Care and Community Education sectors.

As a consultant, Nikki supports clients with end-to-end HR operations and strategic people projects, with a particular passion for recruitment and guiding leaders and business owners through every stage of the hiring process. She is known for implementing practical, compliant and business-focused recruitment and HR solutions across Child Care, trauma-informed Education and RTOs, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Trades, Clinical and Not-for-Profit environments.

People are Nikki’s passion, and she’s driven to ensure candidates and hiring managers feel valued, respected and supported throughout the recruitment journey.

Nikki holds Certificate IV in Business Administration & Management.

Our Early Riser - Outside the office, she’s a proud mum of two and an early riser. You’ll often find her pounding the pavement in the early hours of the morning.

Kasey is a dedicated human resources professional with a strong foundation in people, compliance and workplace safety. She brings a thoughtful, inquisitive mindset and a genuine passion for ensuring people feel valued, respected and supported throughout their employment journey.

Employee relations is a key area of specialty for Kasey. She builds trust easily, asks considered and insightful questions, and maintains a calm, objective approach in complex or sensitive discussions.. Working across both in-house and consulting environments, she supports organisations to navigate people matters in a way that promotes positive outcomes, cultural alignment and commercially sound decisions.

Kasey has experience supporting workplace investigations and culture reviews, contributing to fair, defensible outcomes and meaningful improvements in workplace practices. She has also led end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including bulk recruitment initiatives, and conducted training needs analyses to support workforce capability and organisational compliance across multiple projects.

Kasey holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, majoring in Psychology, from Deakin University and a Return-to-Work Coordinator Certificate. Kasey is known for her empathetic yet analytical approach and her commitment to helping organisations foster positive workplace cultures that support both people and business success.

Our Adventurous yet Loyal Saint - Outside the office, she enjoys exploring new parts of Melbourne — from emerging cafés to local cultural spots - often returning with new recommendations for the team.
