Lisa Spiden Managing Director

Lisa is the Managing Director of fibreHR and brings extensive experience from her work with a number of large organisations such as HSBC Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Foster’s Group and The Just Group. She has worked in London, Melbourne and Adelaide across a range of sectors including banking, FMCG, communication, retail, property, consulting and IT industries.

As well as providing generalist HR services, Lisa has managed the international mobility and recruitment functions for a number of businesses. She has undertaken extensive work in business restructuring, policy development, and HR Information Systems management and reporting.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, where she majored in Criminology and Politics.

Christine Morton HR Business Partner

Christine Morton is a commercially savvy Human Resource Business partner with over 15 years’ experience in a number of renowned organisations including Lonely Planet, Myer Grace Bros and Thorn.

With her extensive background in Human Resources Management, Christine has had full oversight and experience in employee relations, OH&S, recruitment and talent management, mediation, conflict resolution, management of benefits and compensation, HR records management and legal compliance.

Christine has a Masters in HR and IR Management and is a certified practitioner of Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory ( LSI 1 & 2), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Situational Leadership.

Jess Gulley Business Partner

Jess Gulley is a Human Resources Business Partner and has over 10 years generalist Human Resources and Recruitment experience in organisations such as The Just Group, Repco and Fonterra locally and Yellow Pages in the UK.

Jess also has had extensive experience in the areas of recruitment, performance management, termination, engagement, talent development, occupational health and safety, policy development and coaching across a number of functions such as Retail, Merchandising, Finance, Manufacturing and Sales.

Jess’ broad experience and passion for helping businesses reach their goals, has led her to join the fibreHR team in a Business Partner role working across both generalist HR and recruitment.

Tim Bartley Senior Recruitment Business Partner

Tim was awarded the HR Solutions Client Development Award Middle East and Northern Africa Region 2009. Previous board member on South East ACC and H2Oz steering committee member for AWA - 2011 / 2012. Tim currently sits on the Board of Independent Disability Services Australia and is studying an MBA at Swinburne University.
