Lisa is the Managing Director of fibreHR and brings extensive experience from her work with a number of large organisations such as HSBC Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Foster’s Group and The Just Group. She has worked in London, Melbourne and Adelaide across a range of sectors including banking, FMCG, communication, retail, property, consulting and IT industries.

As well as providing generalist HR services, Lisa has managed the international mobility and recruitment functions for a number of businesses. She has undertaken extensive work in business restructuring, policy development, and HR Information Systems management and reporting.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, where she majored in Criminology and Politics.

Courtenay’s experience in areas of Talent Attraction and Talent Management gained within leading global organisations through to consulting with entrepreneurial start-ups enables him to bring insightful, innovative and yet pragmatic perspectives as a consultant and to his role as General Manager with fibreHR. 

Courtenay has led the enablement of talent strategies for agile teams and for complex businesses across multiple industries and global regions, encompassing approaches for Employer Brand development, Diversity, Sourcing, Selection, Graduate and Future Leader development programs, and operationalised these with technology solutions, robust frameworks, management development, coaching and employer engagement. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management. “On one side, I’m passionate about enabling individuals to develop new perspectives and ways for achieving career and personal goals. On the other, empowering companies to realise the role talent has in achieving organisational success is remarkably satisfying and rewarding. Together, these motivators align well to assist the dynamic clients whom fibreHR partner with.”

Jess joined the fibreHR team in 2015 bringing with her over 15 years generalist Human Resources and Recruitment experience. Having worked in organisations including The Just Group, Repco and Fonterra locally and Yellow Pages in the UK, Jess has extensive experience in all areas relating to the people in your business.

With a passion for helping businesses reach their goals through their people, Jess’ broad consultancy experience has enabled her to adapt to the demands of a changing work environment and flex to suit the industry or size of team she’s partnering with. Jess inspires proactive people processes within teams that work for the present and future needs of a business.

With an Advanced Diploma of Business in Human Resources and accreditations in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Global Competency Framework and HBDI®, Jess is committed to People excellence and uses a thorough and practical approach when partnering with clients.

Jess Teunissen brings over 15 years HR expertise from dynamic industry leading and contemporary organisations such as Coles, Workwear Group, Fone Zone and David Jones.

Jess has extensive advisory experience across the fields of EBAs, employment litigation, workplace investigations, termination and performance management. She complements her deep technical expertise with a passion for strategic organisational culture development encompassing engagement surveys, employee recognition and leadership coaching.

Jess’ broad experience as a HR Generalist and in Centre of Excellence (COE) specialist roles in fast moving environments, together with a passion for helping businesses reach their goals, has led her to join the fibreHR team in a Business Partner role.

Hannah has broad experience across HR and Talent within both leading global firms and medium sized recognised brands. She has held roles both in the UK, Australia and across lifesciences, oil and gas, professional services and hospitality sectors. This enables her to a really diverse approach to Talent Consulting. 

Hannah has a passion for driving engaging cultures through supporting values-led organisations. Hannah, in her Talent roles, has specialised in diversity and inclusion, employer brand, student campaign marketing, as well as business partner recruitment. Hannah also has experience in HR Advisory, from mental health training, performance management, investigations, coaching, all the way through to leading fair work conciliations. Hannah has a well-rounded, grounded view of the employee life-cycle. Hannah is calm when faced with a challenge and is always determined to drive positive outcomes for both the business and its people. 

Hannah holds a UK Bachelor of Honours Degree in Management, Majoring in Human Resource Management.

Kelly is an experienced strategic and operational HR business partner with experience as both a HR generalist and as an ER specialist. She has experience in Australia and the UK across various industries including FMCG, hospitality, retail, education, consulting and NGOs.

Kelly has experience across the whole employee life cycle with expertise in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, policy implementation, workforce planning and structure, engagement and culture change initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business and an MBA, both majoring in Human Resource Management, and is an AHRI Certified HR Practitioner (CPHR).She also holds certifications in Training & Assessment, Return to Work and Mental Health First Aid.

Libby has over 20 years of experience working in both in-house recruitment teams and as an external Recruitment Partner. Bringing knowledge and expertise gained from previous roles at Cadbury Schweppes, Deloitte, EY and Minter Ellison, she has recruited a diverse range of roles across industries including FMCG, Professional Services, NFP, Construction, Pharmaceutical, International Trade, Tourism, Education, Health, Retail and PR.

Libby is easily accessible and approachable and she quickly establishes strong working relationships with both her candidates and clients, ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved for every one of her clients.  She is a true business partner and understands that each client is unique.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management.  Libby always ensures that the candidates are not only capable of fulfilling the requirements of the vacancy, but they are also the right cultural fit for the organization.

Tori Matthews

Tori is an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist and HR professional, having worked for a multinational corporation in the fast-food industry. She has managed a range of employment matters including employment contract negotiations, modern awards/enterprise agreements/statutes, workplace bullying, unfair dismissal and general protections claims. Combined with her coaching, mentoring and people focus, Tori prides herself on providing client focused strategic advice.

Tori is passionate about partnering with businesses to create compliant and safe workplaces by explaining and interpreting policies, procedures, laws and regulations regarding issues or enquiries relating to all areas of HR.

Tori holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology from Deakin University.

Steve has been driving productivity and efficiency at major FMCG facilities for many years. He has previously held senior strategic roles at Fosters Group managing the Capital Expenditure Program globally as well as Transformation and Integration Programs.

He is passionate about maximising return on investment at every level.

Steve is responsible for being a Client liaison as well as supporting the fibreHR Team.
