Lisa is the Managing Director of fibreHR and brings extensive experience from her work with a number of large organisations such as HSBC Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Foster’s Group and The Just Group. She has worked in London, Melbourne and Adelaide across a range of sectors including banking, FMCG, communication, retail, property, consulting and IT industries.

As well as providing generalist HR services, Lisa has managed the international mobility and recruitment functions for a number of businesses. She has undertaken extensive work in business restructuring, policy development, and HR Information Systems management and reporting.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, where she majored in Criminology and Politics.

Megan is a commercially minded, tertiary qualified, Human Resources and WHS professional with over 10 years’ of generalist experience, including HR/WHS leadership roles spanning industries including retail, IT and wholesale & distribution.

Megan is adept at driving people strategies that enable an organisations’ overall business strategy, through partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement sound organisational design, people leadership & engagement, training & development, recruitment, WHS, risk management and compliance initiatives.

Her experience and qualifications in corporate governance and risk, provide for a commercial, yet pragmatic approach to HR and WHS issues.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, a Certificate in Governance Practice and a Certificate in Governance & Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, and is currently completing a Mini MBA at the Australian Institute of Management.

Joe brings a level of adaptability and flexibility with his approach to any organisation that drives proactive problem-solving. With strong skills in the Employment Relations space and having a core understandingon the importance of employment legislation and compliance requirements within the Australian and New Zealand work context, offers a practical approach that drives strategy. Joe is able to identify key risks to advise on risk factors, taking into consideration a business-first approach, and soundly communicate with key stakeholders to provide a solutions.

Cathie is a commercially pragmatic HR Practitioner, with over 30 years experience in HR leadership roles, including 15 years’ experience providing Human Resource leadership within a large publicly listed Australian company, providing expert advice and strategy across all aspects of human resource management, training and development, health and safety, risk management and compliance.

Cathie also has years of experience as an independent consultant in HR and WHS across a range of different small to large businesses across many industries.  Cathie is passionate about helping business to deal with the vast array of people and compliance issues they confront.

Cathie has a reputation for being able to define, articulate and embed core cultural values and behaviours across an organisation, and developing and delivering highly effective training and leadership programs.  Cathie is also able to reduce an organisation’s legal costs, mitigate risk and devise innovative, yet practical and cost effective solutions to address complex issues involving disparate stakeholders.

Cathie holds a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and an Associate Diploma, Applied Science (OHS)  

Libby has over 20 years of experience working in both in-house recruitment teams and as an external Recruitment Partner. Bringing knowledge and expertise gained from previous roles at Cadbury Schweppes, Deloitte, EY and Minter Ellison, she has recruited a diverse range of roles across industries including FMCG, Professional Services, NFP, Construction, Pharmaceutical, International Trade, Tourism, Education, Health, Retail and PR.

Libby is easily accessible and approachable and she quickly establishes strong working relationships with both her candidates and clients, ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved for every one of her clients.  She is a true business partner and understands that each client is unique.

Libby holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management.  Libby always ensures that the candidates are not only capable of fulfilling the requirements of the vacancy, but they are also the right cultural fit for the organization.
